Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at support@signatureapparels.com with the following:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we’ll offer a replacement (if available), store credit, or a full refund if no replacement is possible.
Damaged Packages
We are not responsible for items damaged in transit. If your package arrives damaged, please file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Cancellations & Order Modifications
- Preorders: Cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.
- Address Changes: Must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.
Final Sale Items
All preorders, limited drops, and sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund unless defective or incorrect.
