Shipping policy

Order Processing

All standard orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment.

A confirmation email with tracking details will be sent once your order has shipped.

For limited-release and exclusive items, we may offer preorders to secure your purchase in advance.

Preorder Delivery Time: Preordered items take approximately 6-8 weeks for production and shipping.
Weekly Updates: Customers will receive weekly email updates on the status of their preorder.
Mixed Orders: If you purchase in-stock and preordered items together, the full order will ship once the preorder item is ready. If you prefer separate shipments, please place separate orders.
Cancellations: Preorders are final sale and cannot be canceled or refunded once placed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times (after processing):

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or unforeseen circumstances.

We ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties charged by their country.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates.

Signature Apparels is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages due to carrier issues.

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out.

Orders cannot be modified once placed.
